ILUNION in figures

We at ILUNION work to create employment opportunities for people with and without disability alike. It is essential for us that our model be a competitive one through which we create value.

A unique model made up of unique people:

  • NOTEWORTHY FIGURES

    The main magnitudes of ILUNION in 2017 begin with a figure of 35,000 workers of which 40 percent, 14,000 people, have some type of disability, among which are visual (5%), auditory disabilities (12% ), physical (59%), psychic (21%) and of all of them 32% are difficult to insert. As for general percentages, our workforce is composed of 55% women, 5% people of another nationality and we have 258 Cee's. And we have grown to reach 850 million euros in 2017.

    With a staff of more than 35,000 people, of which 38% (more over 12,000) have some type of disability:

    • 5% with visual disability.
    • 12% with sensory disability.
    • 59% with physical disability.
    • 21% with pshycological disability.

    Growth of the workforce in 2016: 1.500 new jobs for people with disabilities.
